Maple leaf is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement (the " Private placement  ") for gross proceeds of up to 10,000,000 through the issuance of up to 200,000,000,000 units (the " units ") at a price of $0.0005 per Unit Each and the funds will be used for company management purposes only
