What's Happening???

Stock really low at 2.5 cents. INK tracking that Perry Delice now owns over 12 million share as of end of August. Some kind of "Ownership Change"
I'm not selling for sure. He did that for a reason. Somethings up. Not a conspicy theory. Just an observation that the guy with the money moved on the stock big time.
