Carbon Streaming Announces Board and Management Changes

Justin Cochrane -- CEO and Maurice Swan -- Chair of Board resigned their positions on the BoD.
Cochrane will continue as president reporting to new interim CEO -- Christian Milan. Marcel de Groot, just joined the board. Conor Kearns will continue as CFO. Big shakeup including the amending of employment arrangements by Cochrane and Kearns.

Completely revamped sebior management. Market likes it.
