Oops out the door you go with your 10M shares, now you can revenge yourself by taking the share price to 0.01 or 0.005, in other words force the thing to bankrupt.

Sorry I misread the news release, his 10M shares are not in the company. What is obvious is his ideas do not align with the company's, let's say.
