I believe all "factual news" is still subject to scrutiny. If true this is indeed disappointing. I'm currently working with a colleague in Powell River to determine what's happening. I will share anything which comes to my attention. DYODD.

Still waiting for a confirmation - either way it is good news.  Good news if the faciliity goes online to increase revenue and cash flow - or good news if they sell an idle asset to invest in other growth opportunities.

TILT doesn't own the building or land. TILT is renting the building from the city. The might be on the hook for the lease.
