This is why TILT has totally failed to open recreational stores in Massachusetts. Those stores should have opened a year ago. TILT burning cash while others pass them by opening stores. Hopefully reversing the deals will help assuming they haven't pissed of the regulators. So far a huge waste of time and money like SVT. Not exactly inspiring confidence.

From the article I read on jan 20th seems like this issue was resolved between all parties....the system worked....Tilt worked with the retailer's to rework loan agreements all to the satisfaction of government

That is just one of the parties. There are several other parties they have to renegotiate with. Not sure where they are on those but those parties have no obligation to renegotiate their contract with TILT. I can tell you with almost 100% certainty TILT will have to give them major concessions. That is my opinion only as I have not seen the details. I think TILT pushed their luck way too far

The worse that can happen is they will be forced to out of the recreational cannabis market in the extremely profitable state of Massachusetts. Something that happened to Acerage, the other company in the article. It is possible TILT renegotiate these deals at great expense and they many never get the licenses.
