VERS appoints Jay Samit as Board Chairman

Today VERSES (VERS.n VRSSF) announced that Jay Samit, a former NASDAQ company CEO and Independent Vice Chairman of Deloitte Consulting, is now the Chairman of VERS' Board of Directors.


Samit helped grow LinkedIn and held senior executive roles at EMI, Sony, and Universal Studios.


He has been quoted/featured on The New York Times, Harvard Business Review, The Economist, CNN, Fox, NBC, and more.


Overall he is well-known as an innovation agent and trendspotter, who is accomplished in launching new ventures and implementing strategies for tech and media companies.
