(CSE: VRNO) (OTCQX: VRNOF) (“Verano” or the “Company”), a leading multi-state cannabis company, today announced that the Company will hold a conference call on Wednesday, April 6th at 6:00 p.m. ET / 5:00 p.m. CT, to discuss the decision to reschedule its fourth quarter and full year 2021 financial results, which had previously been scheduled for Thursday, April 7th at 8:30 a.m. ET / 7:30 a.m. CT.
