Big ..?...

All we have is their own interest in value for all the shares they have.

The Halt was provoked by NAS...?  - Chapter 11 - works for me if they need time.

Financing is necessary for ...? - A/R delays..?...Delays by client....vs...NAS delivery...?

I do not think we were properly informed by the prior suggestions of viability problems, since they were profitable - unless they are facing a large environmental law suit....?

Who knows..?

IF...How this relates to strategy is the question.     It the cost of production too high.....It the lingering environmental issue to expensive.....They know and we wonder..   Most of the shareholders big and small have a lot tied up in common shares.     WE ALL need a fair share swap into a larger company.   GLTA

I think chapter 11 is coming...which may provide for re-structuring around Bank agreements and Union contracts - or whatever is precipitating this crisis.   JMHO based on no info

Our only hope is that the majority shareholders do not want to loose their financial "shirt" any more than we want to loose our "underwear".   Somebody will step in to acquire the "key" technologies to protrect the Apache upgrades.   GLGLTA
