What is happening

for such a steep decline today, 28%, are they over leveraged and going bankrupt?  Or is this SP the steal of a lifetime?

Crazy, if it wasnt for there massive debt this company would be a steal right now. I find it hard to see how there going to pay it off while not incurring even more there just to leveraged.......
