Nickel Creek Platinum Corp > 1.8% Ni + 20% iron Con = $95/t wet usd

1.8% Ni + 20% iron Con = $95/t wet usd

Let's look at the PFS again...
Why is it only showing first 5 yrs when it's 19.1 yr mine life ?

Initial 5 Year Annual Average Metal
Production

Placing 5 yr context with annual context ???
Eng firm should've just provided an annual then x 19.1 mine life.
Could there be a kink with the figures - only accounting for 5 yrs ?
What about the additional yrs  of LOM ?

------------------------------------------------------------------------

What did i delve into past few hours ?
Nickel concentrates.

Former post speaking about 9% nickel is NOT 9%
It was 0.9% Ni with 49% iron.  ( i was thinking NiO ) -
It actually less than 1% Ni
$44/t usd
Humble apologies.

GOOD NEWS ....

Did you know there's another ( attractive concentrate ) ?

Ni 1.8%  Fe15-20%,CIF
Price, $94 USD/wmt

Let's pull forward...
XPS extraction stats + extraction flowsheet....

2018 tech report mentions XPS extraction ( initial magnetite pull )
25% of the mass was extracted using simple laboratory magnets.
30 - 40% PGE tagged along.
https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53196695641_ba29830c3e_c.jpg

What do i find Good News ?
There acutally exists a 1.8% nickel ( 15 - 20% Iron ) Concentrate.
$94/t usd

https://www.metal.com/Nickel/201608170003

Far less ( nickel +  iron ) per con tonne
= far more concentrate tonnage payables over LOM.

Resulting in...
Less nickel in and more iron per each con tonne.
Easier concentrate to produce
Making nickel and iron values more profitable.
While... minimizing waste ores.

GOAL
achieve a 1.8% nickel = 39.6 / lb + 20% iron = 220 / lb

45,000 tonnes day
( 0.26 % nickel = 5.72 / lb  +  10% iron = 220 / lb )

MAG SCAV FLOWSHET DIAGRAM - 1st mineral capture ( very 1st stage )
https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53197441344_58b17d9d50_c.jpg

% mineral capture -
2nd chart  4th row
https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53197071709_6388508961_z.jpg

100% Mass = 151.4 grams
Mag Scav Tails = 0.20% Ni - ends up in 1st ( Mag Scav Tails )
Mag Scav Tails = 5.7% iron - ends up in 1st ( Mag Scav Tails )

151.1 grams x 0.20 % Ni = 0.3022 grams
151.1 grams x 5.7 % Fe = 8.61 grams

1,000,000 grams in 1 tonne
~ 151.1 gram ( test batch mass )
= 6618 ( batches of 151.1 g = 1 tonne ( scaled )

Ni = 0.3022 grams x 6618 batches = 1999.96 grams = 4.4 lbs
Fe = 8.61 grams x 6618 batches = 56980.98 grams = 125.6 lbs

GOAL
achieve a 1.8% nickel = 39.6 / lb + 20% iron = 220 / lb

9 raw tonnes x 4.4 lbs Ni recovery
= Ni - 39.6 lbs - 1st Scav recovery
= Fe - 1980 lbs - 1st Scav recovery
= 2,019 lbs total weight

That is very interesting

Using same 9 raw ore tonnes ( making 1.8% Ni iron - con )

What other minerals tag along in 1st scavenger tail ?
Using 6618 x ( mineral % from 151.1 g mass - then x 9 raw ore tonnes processed
= 1.38 pounds of copper
= 1.58 lbs of cobalt

Hardly any copper enters 1st scavenger stage
Cobalt tags along with nickel sulphides

NEW FLOW SHEET ?
After 1st scavenger tail very first circut
Simply introduce PGM extraction then Magnesium float
Once PGM heavies and Mg are removed
what remains ?

1.8 % nickel with 98+% iron

Let's review the 1.8% nickel + 20% iron con
= $94 / tonne

There has to be significant other waste ores
1.8% Ni = 39.60 / lbs
20 / iron = 440 / lbs
= 1720 / lbs waste ore and purchasers still pay the $94 / tonne

What would 1.8% nickel with 98%+ iron fetch ?
Better metrics ( no waste ) all the more iron.

45,000 tonnes day
~ every 9 raw tonnes = 1 concentrate tonne ( 1.8% Ni + 98%+ iron )
= 5000 con tonnes day
x $140 ( added iron with in each con tonne )
= $700,000 / day
x 350 operating days
= 245,000,000 mil / yr
x 19.1 mine life
=
$4,679,500,000 bil usd  ( just nickel )

$140 nickel iron tonne
$32 per con tonne cost
= in the green

Copper finishes off running through rest of circuit
= Copper iron con

PGE - credits
Nickel iron con
Copper Iron con
Sacrafice the cobalt

Conclusion ?
Being (   **    ) of our very important iron credit.
CNC allots for iron, we should be also.
Not fair to investors.

Remove the iron from CNC's  PFS...
They be in the same shhhh show state as our present PFS.
Yup.

Someone should enquire about our PFS...
Not shareholder friendly.
Maybe i should make a phone call.
Here to invest...
Not here to have another exclude important mineral credits.

Cheers...
