Jay Martin, is also 100% correct.
Well partialy correct.

Resource values are being tamed, which tames stocks...

During the two day conference, over 100 keynote speakers will take the stage to discuss commodity forecasts and investment opportunities in the exploration, development and mining industries.

"We are entering a new era of de-globalization. - Jay Martin, Host of the Vancouver Resource Investment Conference

If i lived in Vancouver i'd def ask a few questions at the booth.
Many questions.

I also see a battery symbol beside NCP ( agenda )
Still stuck on batteries...?

It's what happens when _____  _____ run mining companies.

Wellgreen could be changed in a blink.
But.... it takes smarts. ... And the want...to do so.
