Why doesn't the Exchange hold these people accountable for the miss representation to retail investors regarding their intent to shout this company down. Last month they promoted solid revenues todate and further growth in months to come only to with in a felll weeks place this company into a hold position with no opportuntiy to recover under a restructure. There needs to be an avenue to guard against malicious tactics by management/ownership to better their position at the expense of the retail investor
