The state has already ruled that the project is fine environmentally. If this lobby group wants to protest, so be it - the project still goes ahead. I did some DD on this in the past. Lemme know if you want me to repost it.

Jim, yes please repost your environmental DD. Also, I'm somewhat unimpressed with the company's response to questions, below I've copied questions sent a couple of times by email starting a week ago and also using their web form (although only early on Thursday), so far not even an acknowledgement, makes you wonder. If you feel like giving your view on the answers to the points

I sent some questions to IR a couple of weeks ago. This is what I got back. Estimated cost per ton..... $60/ton. Estimating $150/ton sales price Estimatedtime to positive cashflow... 6 months Start production inMarch 2010. Staff is already hired and equipment in on siteready to go.
