I don't think they are even thinking of exporting because there is a local market within a short drive of the mine.
It is my understanding that the Rosa project is being done with the local regio in mind. International markets were not part of the business plan.

No, absolutley not. This is a layup friends. What they do with this ultra high grade coking coal is sell it to a larger producer in State which has a large ongoing export sales agreement. They would take Rosa mine product and mix it in proportionally with their coal to blend towards a specification set by the export contract. This is similar to what is done with a lot of other commodities. This is
