Or is doing...the fill is at .355 or so, so no coincidence that's where it ran.. Often inevitable. And look at IAE, it filled the gap couple days ago and then headed higher.. maybe best to get it out of the way fast.

So this might be a good entry point for some more shares. I can't see NDX NOT challenging the .42 high once again....IMO

so we are now calling a 3 cent gain a "gap" ? i sure miss the days of trading on the chalk board for the vse and a pezim stock running up 2 or 3 dollars in one session. in all my days down at the viewing room i never heard anyone talk about filling a gap. too many techno-geeks in the market now for my liking.

A gap in the chart.. opens at a higher price than previous close. Gaps are usually news-driven. It closed at .355 then gapped up... Traders capitalize on it. In other words, many traders follow TA and base their decisions on it, whether people think its cool or not.

TA, Ouiji board, DD, flip a coin......whatever method makes you money is "cool", whatever method doesn't - isn't!

Filling gaps may be utter nonsense, but thats exactely what the market did. It is market psychology that fills gaps, not any one person's opinion.
