TSX NR - Debenture PP for $1.488 million

My educated bet is that this PP is already closed and is a harbinger of acquisition/s coming fast. To the guy at Odlum who has been creating a lot of blue tickets - strong work, sir.

a news release of the auisition of more resources this week would be nice.

I believe we will see the debenture PP closed first  - and then see an acquisition/s NR. A decent-sized acquisition/s will be a game-changer.Jim

Do you have an idea of when the PP should close?  I didn't think we would see it go so low today.  Dropped to 26 cents

Neil M just flew in from the mine-site, so I expect it will be done quite promptly, The SP right now is a very, very attractive one - throw in possible acquisition/s and it's ridiculous.Jim

So we could be looking at within the week or the next week?  True the SP is very attractive but does not seem to be drawing new retail investors into this stock.  Volume still is low.  Hope the PP can bring in bigger investors and new interest.

My question from two weeks ago remains unanswered What is the plan to have the market recognize the company's value?

Dmtchili, I've tried to get out the fact on some of my posts that there actually is a strong amount of promo on this company and Ocean Point has done and is doing a great job. The low SP would be a heck of a lot lower if they hadn't helped create so much buying. The problem is not one of promo. Neil M. is a great operator and M&A guy, but he suffers from the hubris of not listening to ...more

Jimthanks for the explanation - I concur entirely with your assessment. My concern is more pointed - who is doing the work to capture the attention of the institutional analysts?  News and street promo is not enough - the story has to be recast into the 'templates' these analysts understandregardsDavid

When NDX was a micro-cap resource ETF, they collected management fees by placing flow-through funds of Canadian resource companies. A small amount of entities (ie. institutions, Raymond James, Canaccord, some large institutional brokers, etc) financed NDX at 30 cents. These entities have shown they didn't believe Neil M. could find, let alone get operating something as lucrative as the ...more

If NDX wasn't already producing coal, and didn't have $750,000,000 of reserves in their Rosa mine plan, then I'd be worried about share price.  I'm surprised the price hasn't corrected to the upside by now, but eventually this value will be accounted for.I notice CMK has also come down in recent days, and they aren't even mining yet, though their reserves are worth in ...more
