Directors and their new options - what BS!

Rborhi, it absolutely is shameful that the BOD is getting even one f-cking option. Here's why:

- THEY HAVE SOLD ALMOST ALL OF THEIR SHARES. These guys didn't believe that the Rosa Coal mine would be put into operation and therefore hit bids like drunken sailors all the way up.

- All their selling contributed to a lower SP, as did their ridiculous placement of financings - which all ended up being done IN THE MARKET - ie. financings were sold in the market and then...wash, rinse, repeat.

- Yep, the BOD have strong backgrounds and should have been able to get institutional buying. I sure as sh-t didn't see any.

- The lack of an active BOD hurt NDX in the investment community, big-time.

These after-the-fact-ers are all full of great ideas now that NDX is a success. I for one will be lobbying for them to be booted off at the AGM, as they are a disgrace.

Acquisitions are coming, so stay the course here - but if someone tells you they are an NDX director, give them the middle finger and tell them to f-ck off. you the investor have supported the company - not them.

Surely it wasn't these guys, Payne, Crump and Prince, who were selling shares into the market? From the NR they seem to have a lot of experience in coal that can hugely benefit Mcoal I would think?  Now they have even more incentive to make Mcoal stock go up.Or do you know different?

The BOD (excluding Neil M.) may own a million and a half shares, tops - so says SEDAR.  These are the guys who control the direction of the company - and voted themselves new options. I know guys with more NDX than this in their personal accounts, fercryinoutloud! The guys out of Alabama, Payne and Crump, are coal experts. They are very much an asset to the company.Jim

I am in violent agreement.I for one will make sure I hold my shares until the next AGM so I can have the pleasure of voting against the 'pigs at the trough'.  It will be worth the money. On the other hand, why are we even mildly surprised? All the indications so far point to the classic VSE mentality, too bad, they have a great opportunity and are squandering their support base in ...more

Jim, we are certainly on the same page. Me and my families half million shares will be voting for the removal of certain Board members who have dumped into the market. I will also have some choice questions for these people, and take note, that I am going to bring dated trading records and do this publicly. Time to have some people on BOARD which are on board with the company and not with ...more

Ok, I see the part of the NR you refer to: The Company has also agreed to grant options to purchase an aggregate of 1,950,000 common shares to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company. The options can be exercised at .32 per common for a period of five years from the date of the grant. It doesn't give the breakdown of who gets how many, but hopefully Neil, employees ...more
