I always get my proxy in the mail for all my companies I invest in.The question is, what is on the proxy that will be so important to vote on?  Can you tell us this?

Rborhi, sorry to be cryptic. Flat-out, the situation is fluid re the AGM and I won't be of service to myself or other investors if I post before a few pennies drop - or don't drop. Suffice to say, in my educated opinion it's imperative that all shareholders get a BLANK proxy - AND LEAVE IT BLANK - while things play out. If anybody wants to inbox me or chat re this, I'

We will know later this week when the Form of Proxy is mailed out by Computershare. You will note from the August SEDAR disclosure that this is a SPECIAL AND ANNUAL MEETING. Given that the Board and Management has not disclosed ANYTHING - logic prevails that we need to get prepared for something extraordinary.The simple fact is that only the Board and NDX management knows the form of proxy slate
