Ya  Jimmy was at the AGM  Thur .  Looks like NDX needs a new wash plant facility to recover more of the expensive Met coal . Nothing wrong within the company.  News release forthcoming as some results are still at the lab.

You make it sound like a ho-hum AGM.We were expecting some kind of shareholder revolt and upheaval to management.Anyone else there?Did everything pass like management recommended in the proxies, or not??

 What did you think was going to happen ? Voter revolt ,lol .  Management passed what they wanted for good reason.  Lots of  bitching from previous ir group  to no avail .  Neil has a plan and is sticking to it .  Solid Buying from Haywood sec .  This stock will move up slowly and srry  if you thought it was a VSE  pump n dump for a quick $.

Well you have to admit the directors have been pretty useless.  A bunch of letters of intent to buy assets with deadlines missed, shareprice back down even after starting up the Rosa, no reports on revenues/earnings last two quarters.If Neil has a plan maybe he can share it with the rest of the shareholders.What solid buying are you seeing?  None that is moving the stock price.

Well Jimmy, I expected a voter grumble at the very least, I guess the "bitching and complaining" could qualify.As for a pump and dump, well I have been holding onto this for about a year and if share price were to jump enough, of course I would unload.
