I apologize for not posting yet re the AGM. I've been really busy on other business and wanted to gather info from a variety of sources before I put fingers to keypad. I should have some info for my blog of tomorrow or Wed. In the meantime, I will say that our exercise has absolutely done some good - but you won't see it in NDX's NR.

Oh.....and NDX's old IR team, OceanPoint, is behind Alternet Systems (ALYI on the otcmarkets.com), which is up 150% since the start of October. It should break its 52 week....perhaps tomorrow...and then start a new run....IMHO.

Jim, thanks for letting us know you are still alive, well and busy (your busy is usually good for us)!  My earlier post said I have to learn patience, well, I am trying!  I have re-read the NDX news release and in a round about way the effects of your efforts were mentioned - shareholder participation was high - I believe that was due to you and Scott.  High shareholder
