It comes down to whether the people around Neil can save the company from his hubris and inability to be square with the truth. Neil is like a mother-in-law-to-be I once had. You at first think they're a decent person and can be dealt with in a normal manner. Then they get into strange situations with other people, but you go back to your first impression -and feel they may

I'll survive since I have some real good investments. XEL, MMT, URE, SLX (was GCC), IAE, GCE, WTN, CMK to name a few. The only real dog is NDX. I also picked up some DRV. I'll stay tuned to your Blogs as I have done well so far.

 Western Coal got  a nice merger going on .  Perhaps Neil has plans for  NDX merger we don't know about .ps I like the Genco  now Silvermex   deal .  Lots of room for that stock to run . Jimmy Shaker

Neil merging with another company and not being the President any longer would be great for the stock . I doubt, though, that the rise is due to this. My guess is it's a combination of the WTN deal (Mark Reynolds of NDX was very involved in that deal) bringing new money to NDX  or perhaps Neil getting people other than himself to do the corporate finance - something he's
