No doubt about that, Canaccord is pumping this thing to fill the pipe so even if the financing falls thru, Neil will get his money for the wash plant. Something shady is going on here. They only own 4 mio tons of reserves in Alabama and someone is going to advance them money on sites to be developed???? Who is going to develop these mines? There is no one with any coal experience just number guys. ...more

pretty slick deal if you ask me,just raised big cash to acquire mines without a huge dilution.Sandstorm obviously wants no part of operating and running mines they just want coal.
