When I first bought NDX, there was 36m outstanding shares.
 Now they have 68,534,481 outsanding and fully diluted is 85,170,102

  I for one do not like the way they operate so I sold all my shares while they still had some profit left

Big deal, it's a relatively small amount of shares now for a company with coal assets like this.  I doubt they will need to do more financing now given the payments from SND and the cash flow they'll start getting from operations this year.  Looks at all the millions of tons of coal they have in reserve at 3+ mines.And the shares have been trading at new highs this past week

Well, it's something I've written about in both my posts and on my jimrockford blog. Neil and people close to him did a LOT of financing in-the-market. This means, they'd sell shares into the market in order to take down financings - and gain the warrant.
