Exchange approval-Ikerd acquisition

Wondering if anyone has heard anything on this. August news release said there was an extension until Aug. 31st due to exchange approval delay. Getting worried something might be wrong as we are now 3 weeks past that date. Could the deal be off?
Also are there any updates on the other 2 properties they are developing and/mining?
