this just droped on about 250000 shares over the last few day, thats about 50k worth of shares. there been no bad news, actaully alot of positives, so really what the hell is goiing on, i still see dumb comments like this is Royal Coal part 2 which is grabage, or the coal is being hit by natural gas, this is MET coal not thermal.

Maybe word is getting out they are trying to arrange a financing. As to your other coments, the blue gem seam at Rosa is high quality met. But it has never been profitable and the gross margin level. Maybe running two augers and having the wash plant will push it to profitability. Question is, is it enough? NDX has another payment due this year of $5MM to SND. I don't think Rosa can cover that

Keep in mind the reason NDX owes SND money in the first place is cause they were fronted 38 million dollars.....that money is sitting in the bank. They of course have been using it for upgrades and if needed probably to pay "bills". Right now cash is not an issue for this company, the issue is showing a constant turn over of product and revenue. We should see that in the next quarterly

errussell, I would suggest you look at the last financial statement. You will see the company only had $2.9MM in cash, down for $14MM. They are spending the money on rehabbing Rex. IMO, money is a big issue, only time will tell if I am right.  Also, SND advance $30MM not $38MM. The $8MM was going to go toward the acquisition of Ikerd. But NDX spent the $6-$7MM out of the $30MM and the

RESOURCEMINER keep this in mind that NDX has a stock pile of coal that only needed to be washed and shipped , and that the fine and ultra fine coal that is not washed is stocked piled, until they can get the rosa wash plant upgraded. 2011 q4 showed a right down of 1.6mn dollars on 12.8k tons of coal , there is now 2 augers working , we should make quota, if not beat it IMO !!!!

I think the proper evaluation should the people selling are retarded!!!   Look at the level 2 today....started off this morning with interest that pushed it up to 19....immediately we see some low ball selling that drives it right back down to 16. I have seen this a few times, to the point you start  to wonder what is the motivation to push it down. There hasnt been a single bad IR in
