MSHA SITE

The MSHA only conducts inspection on surface mines two times a year ,so to use the report to keep tabs on Rosa's production is only good once every six months and I took this info from the MSHA site

So the only thing that I know for sure is that rosa produced 13,497 tons of coal in 2012 , so it could be the end of July before the next inspection, but the first Quarter report will be out before that time.  SO IMO this site can not help us very much.

Inspections may be semi-annual, which I am not sure of, but I do know that every coal company has to report coal produced to MSHA on a quarterly basis.

under groung mines get inspected quarterly and above ground are inspected semi-annual. the site is up dated every friday : however it was unclear if a mine site had to report their production levels , but the production of the mined was recorded when inspected.  Thats all I know, I guess I well email them to find out more.
