1. Novadx, Terrex, and/or Thunderbird Financing: If any of these companies received financing, they would stand a good chance of going into production within the next two years. They would no longer deserve a liquidation-scenario valuation and could create meaningful upside for the stock.

Here is another good point, should NDX get finacing, there is a very high upside, but as Reasource Miner pointed out a much better management team will need to be included in the deal.   Remember NDX is trading lower than liquidation
