One thing to keep in mind as this the share price slowly decreases is you can't do a placement for under $.05/share. Meaning if the stock price is $.04 (I know its not) a placement has to be done at $.05 minimum. Additionally, the greatest discount to the prevailing stock price for a placement is 25%. Not sure on the warrant pricing requirements. 

These guys better get their act together soon.. These small sells are tanking the price.
