Here's my thoughts over the blog's comment. I am definitely not as experienced as the author for sure, but I'm just going to speak my mind. Per article     That 10-for-1 rollback is ugly. Rollbacks almost NEVER work for shareholders, as the SP never holds in. Sandstorm is throwing NDX a lifeline, but NDX has to raise a lot of money themselves in order to make things

just a quick note, the roll back is stated to be anyware from 2 to 10 depending and up to the discretion of the board, it depends on the money rasied and how the market reacts to the restructuring.

Hi Jim, I'm not trying to challenge your points or what not. Just wanted to speak my mind over this. Mining is high risk and I'm not saying ndx is a sure thing.  I don't mean any disrespect. If I've shown any, I apologize in advance. This is going to be a tough turnaround story, but there are many factors that are in favor of the ceo (for now). I'm just really hoping their

As stated, I'm going to make some calls and see what I can come up with.   Here's hoping the new CEO can get on with it and repair the damage done by the zero who used to run the company.
