I am a former mine owner from several years ago. Roling is one smart sob. If he is in so will be the money. I really think he is the smartest sob out there in coal and minerals. He is not fancy, not a pretender, just a smart, hard working sob. Most honest guy I have ever known.

And he cares about the investors.

Just my humble opinion.  But just watch. If their is any hope of a turnaround this is it.

Wow! That is quite a deal. Investors are paying 5c per unit for post 10-1 consolidation shares. That is like wiping 90% of the equity from existing shareholders for little exchange. I guess the big question is what choice did they have? Bob
