Like the idea that the ceo is doing something than nothing. And it shows SND will do whatever it takes to make this work. More money poured into it, although they do own over half the company.

i dont think anybody realy understands what is going to happen with NDX, but many people got burned, so trust will take a long time to rebuild.

Highlander, I agree with you that a lot of people were burned and disappointed. I think the old set of investors are now mostly gone or feel there's nothing to lose at this moment. Fact is, new management is trying to do something out of the mess they are in. SND will own majority of the company proabbly after everything closed. So we have to look at the NDX and SND as 1. And look at the

i agree, actuall NDX 's assest are one of there best options. REX and with the new additions is a solid asset. im not sure if ROSA willl ever be, but REX will and is worth 5 times ROSA.  Yes SND has no choice but to make this work now, with the other deals failing.  I understand Daniel has a lot of backing and support so were in the best situation we could have been considering Neil

It's positive news for sure. but the volume and price doesn't show that it's that big of a value. In addition, it will not break 3.5-4.5 cents for sure due to the warrants that is about to be issued. Any significant shareholder value will be built after the financing is complete and closed. These minor upward and downward fluctuation, unfortunately, doesn't mean anything.
