Anyone been in touch with management lately? I spoke to Daniel and he was still structive on being able to get financing.. That was about two weeks ago.....

even if he landed finacing, he was looking at a 50 to 1 roll back. this would wipe out the current share holders regardless,

i dont know, but i phoned Denver Harris right after SND's web cast, and i asked him why is NDX no long on there web site, his said point blank, that the would be looking to secure the assest and sell them when the markest conditions would allow it. I phone Daniel right after that, and he was some what in the dark to SND plans, but knew they were no longer looking at Rex and Rosa as a stream ...more

I agree with you and so do most shareholders. A class action law suit should be filed immediately and get them for criminal negligence. At least that way we might get back partialy some money back. I am surprised that all the shareholders are quiet and no legal action is taken against the managemnet. It appears everyone is happy with losing thousands of dollars to bunch of crooks.
