Michel Timperio is gone from Neptune. With his departure all the old management are now gone. He lasted longer than I thought. Camarrata has a game plan and he is not sharing it for now. Kraftz deal,  $100 million in purchase order, recent share offering at US$2.16 which was done is a short time and then US$40 million creadit facility . I don't think he would have been able to achieve ...more

I didn't know that Mr.Timperio is gone. Wow...  I was never fond of him.  IMHO he didn't care much about the share holders.   However, Neptune should have announced his departure gracefully.   He has been in Neptune so many years. Since there wasn't even an announcement, my guess is that it wasn't graceful exit.    I checked Neptune's ...more

So the announcement of completion of strategic transition from extraction to cannabis consumer package goods was the re-org and reduction in force message.  Did Neptune completely withdraw  from the cannabis oil extraction BtoB space?   Betting all-in to BtoC can be double bladed sword.

I figured his days were numbered quite a while back since he started liquidating his position when prices were higher and there was any bounce ..   We have to see where the company is heading and more information on new management structure ..
