If Neptune dose reverse split on us stock. Does tsx have to do reverse split even if value over 1.00 $

Careless I agree. Just curious shouldn't of used Neptune as example sorry. If stock b on us exchange has reverse split, does stock b have to reverse split on tsx if over 1.00$. Thanks
