They have to raise.  Unless this company can't sustain.    They said the profitability on cannabis operation comes 18-30 month after, which means that they have to raise at least 100M.

Be careful what you wisht for.   If the CEO or Moretz left, they would start selling their stock and then shareholders would be in even more trouble.   I really doubt this happens. The analysts seem to be focusing on the cannabis section not being profitable for a long time and whether they need more financing.   It has been grim and this could be a long term buy now
