Neptune Wellness Elects To Walk From Toronto Stock Exchange

The Toronto Stock Exchange has lost another listing as it continues to struggle to compete with the volume of shares traded on both the New York Stock Exchange as well as the Nasdaq. Neptune Wellness this morning notified its shareholders that it has sought a voluntary delisting from the exchange.

Hi careless: when I called TD long chat. If I want to buy or sell Neptune, I log into my web broker account. Go to my Neptune holdings, hit buy or sell a USA Neptune appears under my Canadian Neptune, click on that and buy or sell. The one thing that sometimes happens is the tsx can halt trading. Which we have all seen but in most cases that's could be because something positive or neg

I'm to old for that stuff as well. Guy I was talking said didn't have to move over maybe because already have a us account. Do you have us account before today

Just spoke to HSBC, they told me to sell shares as Neptune has no policy regarding the transfer of shares to Nasdaq. If I don't sell on August 15 shares will stop trading on TSX then money will be locked in for 2 years to make sure Nept ticker symbol is not reactivated, before I can get back my money.

Not reply I got from 2 different people. Regardless if you info right 2 yrs ok with me. I'll wait ten yrs. Now if it was a stock of extreme value. Wouldn't need any bank to tell me what to do would of been sold by me once notified about trading to stop on tsx.

False. Just checked on my td account. I just change my Nept ca, erase ca.  A Nept USA appears can sell or buy in USA mode. Why would I sell, have to keep sold for what is it 30 to qualify for capital loss, then I can buy back in at a higher price, that isn't intelligent investing to me glta
