coffee brewing

Little secret. Buy some good cocoa beans. In any roaster a 10 to 15 minute roast r absolute max parameters.

So u figure your bean roast time. Then about 3 to 5 min before finish u toss in some cocoa beans. I use about 2 beans per coffee pound.

That infuses the entire roast. But when u get one in the morning grind even more.

Copper is nothing without coffee.
