To whomever. My comment on hedging is a simple minded as donald jr and donald snr and Joe by-gone and camella hair-aszz for that matter:  If I buy 1 old house the zoning, or neighbour hood could change dramatically over ten years. It could become great or it could go to garbage and the roof could cave in... Higher risk... higher reward. If i buy a 10% share in a group that owns 10 houses ...more
