a trading halt happens when surveillance staff believe information coming in could significantly impact the price of the security. Although the halt isn't permanent, it puts a pause in trading so that the markets can't blindly react, giving investors time to process the new information

it should in theory - Kitty Whampus"! the bank brought in a a steep discount - got warrants addeb bak to the deal @ half the stok purchase - class A.. this rag top is good for 18 or 22 months (?)..  so if the stok is raided in a short..  half the stoks can be repurchased - around the intial purchase price of the stok.. everyting can be traded liquid for 30 days - if i read this
