Looking at volume

Need more than a million a day to change SP especially with all those warrants being used as a block. What is the timing on the reverse split and IMO won't hurt an undervalued SP hold and buying cheers NS

The reverse split will come in May sometime. Exact date and ratio has yet to be set. N.

I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed so maybe you can explain in more detail this idea about warrants being used as a "block." To me this implies you think there is manipulation going on such that someone can buy up shares at a lower price than otherwise would be the case. How would this work? It seems from your previuos comments that you think buying the warrants is a way to lower ...more

Possibly people shorting but buying warrants to cover but risky unless shortens already holding warrants
Comment by Notgnu on Mar 30, 2021 10:51pm
That was my thought on the shorting a while ago. newstock had (a while ago) commented to me that he thought I was contributing to the price SP not rising by my buying of warrants. I haven't been able to understand the explanation of thos and had never heard such a thing before. (Additionaly, I am sure the amount I buy or hold would always be too small to have any real effect on anything beyond ...more

If I or you received some of the warrants when the one of these came out it was at .165 and by selling a warrant at 4.5 my cost on the stock would only be 12 . So it would be easy to knock the price down when I wasn't losing any $$ . Also a good time to short the stock as long as I know it's not going anywhere.. Maybe someone can add to this thought pattern. Cheers NS

That is kind of what I did. Bought stock from .17 down to .06. Bough lots of warrants at a pennie. Sold the warrants at .035 and some stock on the up for a .06 average stock cost. Then I bought more ncu recently on the up with some tko swing cash that raised my ncu cost to .09 but lowered my tko holdings cost. Warrants r a big thing for some. Can own way more than buying shares outright. Then one ...more

the warrants are a great buy - going int jan22 if NCU brings in a Canacord to Lien the Mine for Expansion (they are going to hav -2- get' money somewhere for expansion - lots of it 4 to 600M$)..  those warrants are going to be priced into the money bank for selltements/debts.. kinda like selling the Beamer to a dealer for a Mercedes w an upside-down note.. the Big Question is under SEC ...more

yes... warrants also consolidated. This is fro KRR's press release: As a result of the Consolidation, the Corporation's outstanding warrants will be proportionately adjusted such that four and a half (4.5) warrants are now exercisable for one post-Consolidation Common Share at an exercise price of $2.25 per Common Share.  N.

I believe most of the warrant holders r those that wish to own the corp. So they will not stall the sp up. There game is to get much copper and get dividend from corp. So when they exorsize there warrants they will so so at a cost of about 21 cad cents. Any they r buying up 2 this point will cost them about .25. The reason to keep sp down at this time, is simply to keep warrant price down. Within ...more

warrants are defined as the Intrinsic Vlaue - and hav services that track and publish these numbers.. Dilution: Warrants cause dilution because a company is obligated to issue new stock when a warrant is exercised. Exercising a call option does not involve issuing new stock since a call option is a derivative instrument on an existing common share of the company. this is key - a company does not ...more

buying stok @ this piint is worthless v/s warrants..  the warrants are good buys..  but these hav been cleaved into chunks.. question is - what happens to the warrants - both classes if the stok reverses.. the warrants were esentially issues free of charge in the last buy up..  i din not follow the lo..gic then and do not today.. traditionally they are long call options that gain ...more
