Perhaps Arbourmarkcan weight in on this. He knows his stuff... maybe a reference to a simple document available publicly... I am too bust ATM to get dragged down into this distraction. These distractions also seem to get worse when good news is on the way. patchh I an uncertain whether you legitimately believe that some big problem is afoot with the warrants or whether you are trying to cause ...more

warrants are warrants What happens to warrants in a reverse split?   The warrant has no adjustment provision in the event of a reverse split. ... mucho thank U greatr karnak !  B nice if they called all series - fisrt 2021 and reissued to series WT-A; in a new call option going into 2024..  i think its a legit question  v/s strike prices  and being locked out on my trade station for six weeks/purchase..  proportional exchanges is going to make for a huge rip off by the trading houses.. the call options and stok ...more

big question is !! will NCU call both series - set a strike price for 30 days; and then simply re-issues a new series..  now i am usually 100% wrong and confoundig'  but leaving 100,000 warrants in circulation amounts to a putty/short option.. ncu can up the strike or down.. and it can fiddle w the date...  the wts are a registered security.. when u reverse a stok..  ...more

The warrant price is the warrant price... no changing it. A consoidation just consolidates it just as Arbourmark stated. N

tis is from investopedia ! warrants cannot be proportionally reduced in a revese stok split if this is correct !  U cannot reverse a warrant in a reverse stok split

NCU can only change the strike price or the date of expiration..  they cannot reverse split the warrants.. i kno thi sis a limited medium..  a fast five minute call will solve all !
