Treatment  of the minority.

And it doent help how PALA made its $$, 

- the friendship with Mr P

- and that the young men in Zug are trying to lead as they learn.


That said= PH is a great property, they have several excellent independent directors  etc.

Hopefully  good numbers will help improve  the situation  however  PALA needs to demonstrate that it isnt all about them!

Stay tuned there is value that will  get released! = the main question being = who will get the benefit?

I got that sense after tracking through the various co. Filings over the past few years where there were numerous (large ticket) financing rounds topped off with some debt conversions. Dilution of legacy SH aside I did like to see that some loans / lines were converted (granted at cheap prices) to common shares. I would have been more concerned the was a large amount of debt still o/s to Pala ...more
