If 2200 TPD >>>

Let's engage in some wild, speculative guessing on cash-flow.

If we guess:
  • 2200 tpd as a current run-rate (until the ventilation improves) and
  • Average mixed grade of development ore of 1.5% copper
Then we get 2200 X 1.5% X 90% (recovery) X 30 days / month X 2000 (pounds per ton) =

1,780,000 pounds of copper per month:
  • If I remember correctly about 700,000 pounds of this goes to the hedge
  • The hedged portion earns about $750,000
  • The remaining 1,000,000 pounds gives $2.14 cash-flow after all in cost so
  • $2,140,000 + $750,000 form the hedge = close to $3,000,000 per month cash-flow
  • Annualize that return and we would already be at $36,000,000 per year / 1.8 billion shares = about 2 cents per share of positive cash- flow at $4.00 copper and we have only just barely started mining.
All will be well.
Cheers,
Notgnu

While we are still batch processing ore through the mill, we achieved a weekly average of 4,700 tons per day (€tpd€) and maximum daily milling throughput of 5,000 tpd during March sounds like' NCU is running @ 4700... batch implies loading is tested in the metals lab - fed thrugh the mill... water N mine ?  probably pumped @ the source.. the 2200 was this a hoisting issue ?  otw  ...more

2,200 is just a low side guess from me. I would have thought that if we are running at 4,700 tpd then the ventilation is basically a non issue. If anyone has a better way to understand this I am interested. It seems we really do not know what the average through put is ATM.  If we are running more than 3000 tpd I would be ecstatic. It is coming soon though. No longer is it years away... only ...more

there is an entire industry devoted to air in mines..  MSA Test... water vapor or the wet and dry bulb readings from sling psychrometer...  water vapo will produce unwanted particulate..  they are running diesel underground ?..  if this is the case..  they they may hav repositioned the UG Vent shafts and installed a pump, to collect the water flooding the area w the ...more

Definately need some clarity on that. I am already happy if we are running a couple thousand tpd. If we are running anything near 4,500 at the kind of grades we are enterring then all bets are more than "on" IMO. N.
