The first series warrant definately have more torque and I bought more today at $.045.  They are both very good IMO. The A warrants come at a slightly higher price due to the extra 6 months runway that they have. Basically even if both warrants are in a winning position you can hold the A warrants for another 6 months at your cost and thereby not have to sell any commonons or put in new cash ...more

Notgnu,  got a question about the warrants.  Being a bit of a novice with warrants, trying to get my head around the pricing, and hopefully you can provide some guidance on the understanding. Today the warrant jumped up to 0.055 Share price is at 0.205 Exercise price is at 0.22 per warrant, which if you exercise and converted to common shares today would mean you're owning share ...more

When the warrants get near to their expirey date then the "intrinsic" value is increasingly an issue vs their extrinsic value (outside value or 'time value')  It acts like an option. By way of analogy let's imagine you sell a right to buy your house to your neighbor. You tell your neighbor "give me $50,000 today and you can buy my house any time over the next one ...more

PS... I bought up most of the $0.055 warrants today because of an extrapolated bet based on the copper price. The higher copper price puts NCU in the higher range of my 6,12,18 month out price targets and therefore the warrant bet bcame more attractive (to me, based on my price / value assumptions.) N.

Notgnu, thanks for the analogy.  I did know that buying warrants were for future betting on the company but where my misunderstanding came in is that exercise timeframe is quite long. July 29, 2022 is the deadline to exercise it. So assuming that warrants are still available a year from now, and share price also stays close to where it is now, then the warrant price will drop, therefore ...more

most of the bloggers here don't give stok pricew bets directly... NCU is probably done deal - lined up for Open Pit Financing !  there is a meeting coming up next month ASM or GM ?  the reverse split aside.. there are two items - call them  loaffer's - coupled w any news on the open pit/timeline.. U can wait ! and you will hav missed the boat..  the stok is presently ...more

Nope, open pit financing is 1-2 years away.  Nobody is going to offer them money until they see the UG operations working well.  Then they will want to see some accumulated cash flow.   Look at the gyrations that NCU went thru the last year in needing more money for the UG production startup.  Lots of dilution and relatively high cost debt (except for the German money, which ...more

Best, but not necessarily most likely case, IMO is a JV with a Mega miner in which they operate the open pit we put up 100 million for the engagement ring and they build the house at their expense. we get a cash-flow stream of 50% and we keep the underground operations going as is for a decade or two. Something like that but done in a mining practical way that I would leave for others to comment ...more

The reason I like this kind of option is primarily the optics of it. The market will probably pay up and extra 3 X to 5X share price multiple on the over riding cash-flow allowing us an big exit in a shorter time frame.  N

there is smoke in the air here..  i am leaning 2 a JV ; which is an Investor...  thats a cool Chukie of 1B$ - and will twatt throttle the hedge hogs seen w low flying solo's a little vector here - soo i don't fly into the bush...  mak cap + 1/2 replacement cost of mine + 1B$ 1B$ (JV) = 1B$ (NCU)   = 2B$ on 2B shares = a round buk -4- chuck or 1$ ''' ...more

Yes Oz, the warrants will trade closer and closer to their intrinsic value (or lack thereof) as they get close to expirey, thus the first series goes (by memory) to around January 2022 and the A series have an additional 6 months. I don't remember the exact numbers but about 200 million 22 cent A's and 300 million older 20 cent warrants.  One thing to remember is that a great number ...more

i guess that's a SWAG them warrants will approach the stok price - going over unity ?   and yes I had to stik my finger in the Dryer Line to correct the a-Fib and saw that 15..  i had brought a small bundle about 20 minutes before that on the jan 2020 @ 40
