Puszy paper exiting before 10:1 = Good buying time

10:1 consolidation will be affirmed at the AGM in a week.

There will likely be a production update at the same time.

NCU is nearing or at 3,000 tpd now = cash flow cometh

Low volume fear money is leaving and that is giving a great entry point for smart investors

This is a long term success story that is only just beginning

Cheers,

So you are saying that their all in cost is not $1.86 per pound but rather $4.50 per pound? N
Comment by Notgnu on Jun 21, 2021 5:25pm
It comes down to how you do the accounting. If you do not, in your own valuation, capitalise the ineffeciency into the cost of mine building for the future full run rate cash flow then yes, you can argue lower cash flow. Point is that even if part of the ore is delayed from getting to the surface and the mill, the workers and machines are still working underground and building access to the other ...more

...and 3,000 tpd coming to the surface (grade unknown re dev ore) at call it avg. 1.3 % to be cautious, is still 2.1 million pounds per month initially. That is sold for $4.20 per pound revenue ($8.4 million) and generates about 1/2 that much in cash flow... yes, a lot of that gets used up in the process of moving to the 5,000 tpd over the next few months but that is what it is there for. I suppose I look at it differently, and maybe I am using the wrong terminology, but from a business point of view if they are now getting more than an extra dollar a pound and putting that cash to work in building the underground capacity, rather than using it for either hookers and blow or coffee even, then I am quite happy, and other shareholders should be as welll, IMNSHO. :) N

If the total per unti, all in, levelized, present value of costs for the underground mine are in fact $1.86 per pound of ore produced as concentrate, then all that is being argued about by fishbillion is either (a) the hedge which ends in one week, or (b) how the total capital costs are being allocated among partial production, or (c) capital being accumulated and so not free or (d) the fact ...more

patchh Yes we have good banks in Canada. I do own LIF. I have never been one to "rent" stocks for the dividend. You might be better off holding on some Cdn banks for a while. Banks are still barely recovred from 2020. BNS, for example, had modestly higher share  prices in summer 2017 than now. And they have paid their divs every month. Analysts expect a dvidiend raise for BNS.

LIF = up over 25% since April 20, 2021. A good reason to hold AND get the dividend.

Fish: I'm curious how you calculate that CNU is not FCF positive at 3k tpd.  I find it hard to believe it wouldn't be, altho it could still have some start-up issues, but 3k tpd should be accretive. If not, why is it still negative? thanks
