It's comparing one thing that is totrally different from the other. Anyone who thinks that a meaningful comparison could be made is a total idiot.

Personally I don't risk my money in Africa PERIOD. Why? Because I have never failed to find other better opportuities in lower risk regions.

Get real, Atrica won't be able to vaccinate their populations before multiple variants sweep through their populations.
