Most mines start with an OP then go underground...

Why didn't they?  Curious as most underground operations are more costly and difficult and OP are far easier and can be scaled up from starter pits.

due to higher copper grades of the UG. Have a look on the basic KPI of both projects. otw: Why not considering a third tranche from kfw? Cheers, Tom
