Castle ? i traked the loading on TMX for several days..  most of the swaps here were PBC-TD-Scot-CIBC-NA a few canacord -Morgan.. Those Castlelake shares were sold during the month of August. Take a look at the chart and volume during August. The big drop from 17 cents to 9 cents occurs at that time and a good portion came before our q2 release with a further sell down after. I see no reason to suspect insider trading. If CL sold before it would be under an exemption. It is equally possible that all their sales were after q2 though.  To me the bigger question is whether I am right, and clearly I am guessing Ithat I am right, that CL's selling is just part of an overall trimming of assets to right side their own balance sheet and it has nothing specific to do

Castlelake's own website says they have $21 billion of assets but if you add up their assets on other pages, from the sub categories, it comes to $30 billion. I don't know if the descrepancy is based on debt or on asset devaluation but I suspect it is the latter. I differ w/o the begging. Many will be term leasesbased on hours or years. They need to be released to discount carriers after or sold. Anyway... It's all guessing and speculation on speculations at this point.  N
