Nevada Copper was formed w a land swap thru the Bureau of Land Managment.. the deal went thru the US Congress w a push by Nevada State - in DC/Wash.. w/o looking at the actual terms..  the NCI Mine probably has a few restrictions on who cab buy or sell the NCI Mine Site..  not the mine property - but the actual land itself... more than likely NCI has a long term lease on the 10,000..&

Maybe counter-intuitive but what do you think Pala will do with Jan warrants. Clearly if the shares are above strike they get excersized. If they are below strike and no financing is needed, they theoreticaally could buy another 7% of NCI for $26 million. This option is not available to them by buying on the public market and I doubt any sellers will block trade them that kind of percentage. If
